Emory University sophomore all-American Lauren Gorodetsky played all 90 minutes of the Eagles’ 4-0 shutout win at Chapman University on Saturday. Gorodetsky led an Emory defense that limited Chapman to just four shots during the game, only two of which were on goal. After setting a school record for minutes played last season, she has helped hold opponents to an average of just four shots on goal per game over the last two years. Gorodetsky and the Eagles, ranked fifth in Division III, have opened the season with a 1-0-0 record.
