Sophomore(2012):

Doherty finished the 2012 season with one goal and three assists, and was one of 12 Eagles to appear in all 24 games during the year, matching the school record for games played in a single season.  She scored her first collegiate goal on September 15th, during the Eagles' 9-0 win over the University of the South.  In the round of 16 of the NCAA Tournament, Doherty assisted on the game-winning goal, helping the Eagles to a 2-1 win over Loras College.  She also had assists in back-to-back games against Birmingham-Southern College on September 21st, and Berry College on September 23rd.  Doherty ended the year with 22 shots, including seven on goal.

Freshman (2011):

Doherty appeared in seven games for Emory during her inaugural campaign with the team.  She started one game, the Eagles' season-opening 4-0 win at Chapman University.  The midfielder took a season-high three shots against Agnes Scott College on September 28th, two of which were on goal.  Doherty finished the year with four shots, including two on goal.

Prior to Emory:

Played on the Langley High School soccer team for four seasons, serving as the team captain during her junior and senior seasons... Named to the All-Liberty District Second Team, in addition to winning the Liberty District Merit Award and being named her team's Most Valuable Player... Coached by Ken Savietevre... Played club soccer for FC Virginia Explosion, where she was coached by Terry Foley... Also played basketball in high school.
