Emory University junior goalkeeper Liz Arnold held opponents to just one goal in a pair of wins for the sixth-ranked Eagles last weekend at the Woodruff Physical Education Center. Arnold played all 180 minutes over the two games, combining to make five saves and recording a .833 save percentage. She picked up her second individual shutout of the season on Saturday afternoon, making three saves in a 3-0 win over Berry College. The team co-captain followed that performance by making a pair of saves in a 3-1 victory against regionally-ranked Capital University on Sunday. Arnold has started all six games for Emory this season, notching a goals-against average of 0.48 and a save percentage of .824. Arnold and the Eagles have won three-straight games, and stand undefeated in 2014 with a 4-0-2 overall record.
