The Emory University Women's Soccer team ran its season unbeaten streak to three games Thursday night, dispatching crosstown rival Oglethorpe University to the tune of 9-0. Seven different Eagles notched at least one goal in the contest and were led by senior Madison Phaneuf and junior Shivani Beall who each registered five points in the blowout win.

Junior Caroline Kolski began the first half scoring barrage, netting the Eagles' opening salvo in the sixth minute. Beall fed an open Kolski inside the six before Kolski lobbed shot to the far post over the OU's keeper reach.

Phaneuf padded the Eagles' lead with back-to-back tallies in the 13^th and 19^th minutes. Her first marker was from distance as took advantage of a failed Oglethorpe clear and fired a shot from 25 yards out into the back of the net. Six minutes later, the senior midfielder corralled a rebound following a blocked Lily Dresner free kick and drilled a shot from straight on just outside the 18.

Beall notched her first goal of the contest in the 24^th minute in impressive fashion. Beall took the feed from Samantha Hilsee on the right side of the box and proceeded to beat four Stormy Petrels defenders to the middle before firing a left footed shot that beat the keeper to the far post.

Freshman Melika Mohammadi and Arielle Williamson rounded out the first half scoring, recording their first career goals in the 37^th and 40^th minutes. Mohammadi dribbled past a few Oglethorpe defenders and beat the diving keeper with a great shot from just outside the box. Williamson added to the tally as won a loose ball away from the OU goalkeeper and finished from close range.

Beal continued the onslaught in the second half, converting a centering pass from senior Jordan Doak in the 53^rd minute. Sophomore Kelly Walsh and freshman Molly Miller each tacked on late markers for the Eagles with Walsh scoring on a volley attempt after a Phaneuf corner in the 75^th and Miller one-timing the feed from close range off the foot of classmate Lindsey Reina in the 80^th.

Senior Dani Staffin, junior Haley Pratt and freshman Ellen Ziaja combined for the third consecutive Eagles' clean sheet. Staffin recorded her third win of the season, playing a clean opening 23:27. Pratt made the lone stop in the contest as the Eagles finished with a 27-1 edge in shots on target.

In addition, the Eagles posted their third straight lopsided shots total as the team outshot the Stormy Petrels 44-3 on the evening. During Emory's current three-game scoreless streak, the Eagles have now outscored their opponents 12-0 and have outshot opposing foes by a 101-12 margin.

Next up for Emory will be three straight neutral contests, beginning with a date against Rowan University on Sunday afternoon in Misenheimer, North Carolina. Kickoff is set for 11:00 AM.
