Mroz earned an all-America honorable mention for her 16th-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle at the NCAA Division III Championships. She was also part of the Eagles' UAA Championship 800-yard freestyle relay, in addition to earning an all-UAA honor in the 200-yard breaststroke. Mroz was the Eagles' second-best performer in the 200-yard breaststroke, and the squad's third-best performer in the 500-yard freestyle. She scored 193.25 points during the season, the seventh-best total on the squad.

Prior to Emory:
Attended Libertyville High School where she lettered on the
swimming and diving team for four seasons... Was an All-State
swimmer in 2006, All-Sectional from 2004-06, and All-Conference
from 2003-06... Helped her team to the Sectional Championships in
2006... Was coached by Maggie Castelyn in high school... Also a
member of the Cats Aquatics Club and an Academic All-American.
