Freshman (2007-08):
During her freshman campaign with the Eagles, Bedson
competed in a variety of events for Emory. She was the
squad's second-best performer in the 200-yard butterfly, with a
time of 2:11.21. Bedson was also Emory's fourth-best
performer in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.59) and the 100-yard
butterfly (59.51), and the team's fifth-best performer in the
200-yard backstroke (2:09.92). Bedson was 13th on the squad
with 144.50 points scored during meets.

Prior to Emory:
Swam for four seasons on the Fairfield Warde High School swim team,
serving as the team's captain during her senior season... Was a
high school Academic All-American, and an All-County and All-State
swimmer... Coached by Georg Palmgren in high school, and by Ellen
Johnston on her club team.
