Prior to Emory:
Was a four-year member of the Lyons Township High School swimming team... Recorded career-best times of 24.21 in the 50 free, 53.61 in the 100 free, and 58.16 in the 100 fly... Was an NISCA All-American from 2011-12, and named to the all-state second team in 2011... Was her high school's record holder in the 200 and 400 free relays... Helped her team to a conference championship in 2012, and eighth- and 10th-place finishes in the state in 2011 and 2012, respectively... Coached in high school by Scott Walker and Kurt Johns... Was a NCSA Junior National Qualifier... Was coached on her club team by Adam Cremueux... Also played water polo her freshman year of high school.

Born November 7th... Was an AP Scholar with Distinction and a member of the National Honor Society in high school.
