Emory University freshman Beatrice Rosen was a perfect 3-0 in singles play during three road matches against Division III squads ranked nationally in the top-10 last weekend.  On Friday, Rosen led the Eagles to a 7-2 win over ninth-ranked Middlebury College, winning the third singles match in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1.  She followed that performance with a 6-3, 6-0 win over her third-singles counterpart on Saturday, helping Emory defeat eighth-ranked Bowdoin College 8-1.  Moving up to second singles on Sunday, she defeated Williams’ Rebecca Curran, the 16^th-ranked player in the Northeast Region, 7-5, 6-2, in a 6-3 Emory loss to the fifth-ranked Ephs.  Rosen, ranked 12^th in Division III, has now won eight-straight singles matches and stands at 16-6 during her inaugural campaign with Emory.  With her help, the Eagles, ranked third in Division III, stand at 10-4 this season.
