Freshman Ysabel Gonzalez-Rico helped the Emory Women's Tennis team to its second straight ITA National Indoors title this past weekend, going 3-0 at second singles and 3-0 at first doubles with Bridget Harding. Gonzalez-Rico registered match wins of 6-0, 6-2 and 6-2, 6-4 to open the tournament vs. Sewanee and Carnegie Mellon before collecting a 6-3, 6-2 triumph against PPC for one of Emory's two singles points in the 5-0 win over the Sagehens. Gonzalez-Rico and Harding added 8-3 wins against Sewanee/CMU before recording an 8-5 win at first doubles in the title match.
