Emory University senior Alycia Adams won both events she ran in at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Indoor Track and Field Championships last weekend.  Adams won the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.28 seconds, the best time of her career in the event.  It also marked the first UAA Championship of the senior’s career.  Adams later ran the second leg of Emory’s winning 4x400-meter relay team, which claimed the conference championship with a time of 4:00.39, the third-fastest time in the program’s history.  Adams scored 12.5 points for Emory, helping the Eagles to their first UAA Indoor Championship since the 1995 season.
