Emory University junior Charlotte Diggs recorded a career-best time of 1:04.74 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Furman Invitational last weekend. Diggs’ time was just over half a second shy of the NCAA provisional qualifying mark, and good for a first-place finish in the event at the meet. She also claimed third in the pole vault by clearing a height of 2.45 meters.
