Emory University senior Alix Dyer won three events and set a University Athletic Association (UAA) record at the conference Indoor Track and Field Championship meet last weekend.  Dyer won the 400-meter dash with a time of 57.28 seconds, breaking the previous UAA record set during the 2004 season.  Her mark in the event was also good for a school record, and ranks 18th among all Division III athletes this season.  She also won the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.84 seconds, the third-fastest mark in school history.  Dyer rounded out her weekend by guiding the Eagles’ 4x400-meter relay to an event win, running the anchor leg to contribute to an overall time of 3:58.06.  She accounted for 22.5 points during the meet for Emory, helping the Eagles to a second-place finish.
