Emory University freshman Dara Liss won a pair of events at the Mountain Laurel Invitational in Sewanee, Tennessee on Friday night. Liss finished first in the triple jump with a career-best distance of 9.79 meters, and added a win in the pole vault by clearing the bar at a height of 2.90 meters. Her performances contributed 20 points towards the Eagles’ team total, helping Emory finish second out of seven teams.
