Senior (2006):
Competed in four meets ... Ran a season-best 5K time of 20:26.9 at the Georgia Collegiates (Sept. 30) that ranked as the No. 2 Emory finish and 21st overall in a field of 118 ... No. 2 Emory performer and posted a 15th-place finish out of 105 contestants at the Georgia State Invitational (Oct. 7) with a time of 20:39.59 ... Finished her career ranked No. 15 on Emory's career list for wins (2,304).

Junior (2005):
Parafinczuk earned all-region honors for the second time, finishing 10th out of 150 runners at the NCAA regional meet. She ran a career-best time of 19:27 at the Auburn Invitational. Parafinczuk led the Eagles at the Georgia Collegiate Championships (JV meet). She finished in the top five for the Eagles in the final four meets of the season. She was named the team's Most Improved Athlete.

Sophomore (2004):
Parafinczuk finished 25th overall at the NCAA regional championships, earning a spot on the all-region team. Parafinczuk finished in the top 10 among Emory runners in all eight races that she ran this season, and finished in the top five among Emory runners in two races. Parafinczuk ran her career best time of 19 minutes and 39 seconds at the Clemson Invitational. Her highest finish of the season came at the Georgia State University Invitational, where she finished 15th out of 94 runners. For her achievements, Parafinczuk was awarded the Most Improved Runner award for her strong finish at the NCAA regionals and for making the all-region team for the first time in her career.
