Senior (2015):
Enjoyed a solid final season ... Named the recipient of the program's Most Improved Runner Award ... Scored for the Eagles in all six of her competitions ... Team's No. 2 finisher on five occasions, including the NCAA D-III Championships with a personal-best 6K time of 22:23 ... Second on the squad and fourth overall out of 280 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships, earning all-region acclaim in the process, with a time of 22:32 ... Second Eagle to cross the finish line at the UAA Championships (22:51) and the AAE Invitational (22:24, 39th out of 414 entries) ... Third among the Emory contingent and fifth out of 60 runners at the JSU Foothills Invitational with a personal-best 5K time of 18:42.

Junior (2014):
Competed in the 5K events at the Gulf Coast Stampede (20:47) and the JSU Foothills Invitational (20:24). 

Sophomore (2013):
Lone action of the year came at the Watermelon Run in nearby Piedmont Park when she turned in a three-mile time of 19:30. 

Freshman (2012):
Was named the team's Rookie of the Year ... Ranked among the Eagles' top-five finishers in seven of her eight competitions including the NCAA South/Southeast Championships where her 30th-place overall performance enabled her to claim all-region honors ... Registered fourth place or higher finishes on four occasions .... Was the squad's No. 2 runner at the UAA Championships, posting a season-best 6K time of 23:11 ... Fourth on the team and ninth in a field of 142 runners at the Viking Open with a 6K effort of 23:43 ... Scored for Emory and helped the Eagles to a runner-up effort at the Sewanee/Berry Invitational with a 24th-place effort out of 138 entries (24:34).

High School:
Three-year competitor in cross country and four-year member of the track program at Howell High School ... Was coached by John Hein ... Served as the cross country team's captain her senior year ... Top time in the 5000 meters was a 18:51 ... Recipient of the track program's Coaches Award her junior and senior seasons ... Cross country MVP in 2010 ... Helped her cross country team to a NJSIAA Central Jersey Group IV crown in 2011 ... Member of the Greater Media Newspapers' All-Freehold Regional Cross Country Team.
