Junior (2023):

• Competed in three meets in her junior season
• Raced to a 7th place finish at the Rowan Border Battle, helping boost the Eagles to a first-place team finish
• Posted a career-best time at the Rowan Border Battle, clocking in at 22:11.7
• Finished 42nd at the 5k Stan Sims Opener, finishing in 18:56.72

Sophomore (2022): 

• 2022 USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in seven meets this season for the Eagles
• Ran her best time at the UAB Classic finishing 36th out of 149 (23:02)
• Helped the Eagles at the UAA Championships with a 38th place finish out of 75 (23:33)
• Finished 11th out of 176 athletes at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 23:58

Freshman (2021):

Competed in three meets… Her best performance came at the UAB Classic where she recorded her season-best time of 23:35 and finished 67^th in the field of 151 runners… Finished 56^th at the UAA Championships after posting a time of 25:20… Also competed at the Converse Kickoff (23:52) where she finished 35^th in the field of 208 runners.

High School:
Four-year participant in cross country and track and field at Suffield Academy ... Was coached by Beth Krasemann ... Team captain as a senior ... Turned in a time of 4:50 in the mile ... Top 5K time was a 20:11 ... Two-year member of the swimming and diving program.
