Emory University senior Dan Molnar led all players in batting average, slugging percentage, on base percentage and walks at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Tournament last week.  Molnar hit .583 (seven-for-12) with two doubles and a home run over five games, and also matched his own tournament record with nine walks.  He also slugged 1.000 and had an on base percentage of .773 during the week.  During the tournament’s opening game against Brandeis, he went three-for-four with two RBIs and a double to guide Emory to a 7-1 win.  In the final game of the tournament, Molnar hit a two run home run to help the Eagles to a 12-5 win.  Molnar is batting .328 with two home runs and 11 RBIs this season, helping the Eagles to a 10-8 overall record, including a 3-2 mark at the UAA tournament.
