Closed out his career with the fourth-best scoring average
in Emory history (76.30) ... Posted nine rounds of par or better
during his stint with the program ... His medalist-winning score of
138 at the 2006 Gordin Collegiate Classic represented the best
36-hole mark in school history.
Senior (2006-07)
Finished the season with a team-best 74.9 per-round
average, the fifth-best mark in school history ... Played in all 11
competitions and registered 25 rounds of action ... Earned PING
All-South Region honors and garnered second team All-UAA acclaim
... Either led or shared the lead as the team's top performer in a
total of seven tournaments including back-to-back medalist honor
performances at the Oglethorpe Fall Invitational (Oct. 30-31, 2006)
and the Gordin Collegiate Classic (Oct. 15-16, 2006) ... At the
Gordin Collegiate Classic, his 36-hole score of four-under 138
(68-70) established a school record while his opening-round mark
established a personal best while tying for third on the Eagles'
all-time list for low round ... His classy first-place score of
two-under 140 (70-70) at the Oglethorpe Invitational tied for third
all-time at Emory for a 36-hole tourney ... Registered a total of
six top 10 finishes during the course of the year ... Tied for
sixth place out of 87 competitors at the Mary Hardin Baylor
Invitational with a 36-hole score of 153 ... Tied for 30th out of
119 players at the NCAA Division III Championships.
Junior (2005-06):
Was one of four individuals to compete in all 11
tournaments for Emory, finishing with a scoring average of 77.28
... His best score 36-hole score was 150, which he accomplished at
both the UAA Championships and the Greensboro Invitational ... He
also matched that at the 54-hole Jekyll Island Invitational
shooting a 225, which is equivalent to a 150 on 36 holes ... Then
had his best career round at the Greensboro Invitational shooting a
71 in the second round, an improvement of eight strokes from the
first day ... He recorded his first top 10 finish as an Eagle,
posting a seventh-place effort at the UAA Championships, firing a
