Round Results
The Emory University golf team continued its surge during the
latter stages of the fall season on Monday and stands third
out of 17 teams at the O'Briant Memorial. The 36-hole tourney
is being held at the 7,002-yard, par-70 Cardinal Country Club in
Greensboro, NC.
The Eagles checked up with a team score of 303 and trail leader
Methodist (296) and host Guilford College (301). Christopher
Newport holds down fourth place at 312 while Cape Fear Community
College rounds out the top five at 315.
Emory senior Charles Raindre concluded the first day of action with
a two-over par 72, good for first place in the 90-player
field. Sophomore Tae Cho, playing in his first event for
Emory, posted a solid 74 while senior John Ross recorded a
77. Sophomore Ryan Dagerman closed out the team's scorers
with an 80.
