Charles Raindre

Charles Raindre

Senior Charles Raindre helped the 20th-ranked Eagles to a second-place finish out of 29 teams at the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational, posting a 54-hole score of three-under 213 (70-70-73) that tied for third place in the 150-player field.  Raindre’s 54-hole effort established a school record, bettering the previous standard of 214 set by Charles Frost at the 1998 Marine Corps Invitational at Camp Lejeune (NC).  In addition, Raindre’s 213 shattered the school’s individual record at the Jekyll Island Invitational which was held by Mike Lebow with a 220 in 2005.   Emory recorded a team score of 873 at Jekyll Island and finished runner-up to Methodist University.
