Emory senior Ryan Dagerman continued his participation at the NCAA D-III Golf Championships on Thursday.
After three rounds of play, Dagerman is in sixth place on the leaderboard with a 54-hole score of three-over par 219. He turned in a third-round mark of two-over par 74 on the 6,926-yard, par-72 El Campeon Course at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the Hills, Fla. After going out with a four-over 39, Dagerman rebounded with a strong finish, shooting a two-under 35, that included three birdies, on the back nine.
Anthony Maccaglia of Oglethorpe University holds down the top spot heading into the final day of action on Friday with a nine-under 207. Maccaglia carded a 68 during the third round.
