Emory University senior Alex Wunderlich (Ann Arbor, MI) has been selected by the University Athletic Association as Golfer of the Week following his performance at the Al Jones Memorial (Sept. 29-30) in Tyler, Texas.  It marks the fourth time in his career that he has been selected for the award.

Wunderlich tied as the team's top performer, compiling a 36-hole score of five-over par 147 that tied teammate Sam Nichamin among others for eighth place in the 57-player field.  After shooting a 77 on the first day of action, Wunderlich chopped seven shots off his score over the final 18 holes of action with his 70 tying for the second-best score of the day among all the competitors.
