The Emory golf team will bring home the 2016 University Athletic Association championship following its win over the University of Rochester in the finals on Sunday. The event was played at the 6,775-yard, par 72 Redtail Golf Course in Sorrento, Florida.
Using a match-play format, Emory posted a 4-2 decision over the Yellowjackets. Below are the results of the match-play competitions. It is Emory's fourth UAA crown over the past six years and 16th UAA championship over the past 29 seasons.

Luis Arteaga (UR) 6-4 over Jonathan Gerrard (EU)
Carnegie Mellon defeated New York University, 4-2, in the third-place match.
Emory returns to action, Mar. 18-20, when it competes at the Oglethorpe Spring Invitational at Jekyll Island.
