Junior Jake Davis averaged a team-high 18.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in helping the Eagles to a pair of victories that raised the team's record to 7-2.

In an 83-69 triumph over Oglethorpe, Davis notched a game-high 26 points, hitting 10-of-13 from the floor and five-of-six from the charity stripe, while tying for team honors with eight caroms.  He followed that effort with 10 points, one of six Emory double-figure scorers, and seven rebounds in 18 minutes of play in a 109-70 decision over Piedmont College.

Davis paces the club in points (19.0 ppg), rebounds (7.7 rpg) and has connected on 56.4 percent of his field goal attempts.  He has scored in double figures in all seven of his appearances and has totaled 32 consecutive contests of 10 or more points.
