Junior Jake Davis averaged team highs in both points and rebounds as the Eagles came away with a split of two contests.

Davis averaged 18.0 points and 7.0 rebounds with the Eagles coming out on the short end of a 75-72 decision to Birmingham Southern before bouncing back to claim a 70-48 decision at Rhodes College. Davis totaled a team-high 19 points and was second high on the club with five boards in the battle against the Panthers of BSC and followed the effort by pacing the squad with 17 points along with nine caroms vs. Rhodes.

Davis has appeared in five of Emory's seven games and sits atop the team's scoresheet in both points (19.4 ppg) and rebounds (7.8 rpg).
