Four-year member of the basketball program at Long Island Lutheran High School ... Was coached by John Buck ... As a senior, averaged 15.0 points and 8.0 assists per game in helping his team to an overall record of 23-4 and a New York Federation Championship, scoring 18 points vs.  Mahasset St. Mary's in the title game en route to earning to all-tournament honors ... Served as his team's captain his junior and senior seasons ... His 2010-11 team was ranked No. 1 in the state of New York and 33rd nationally by Maxpreps ...
