Senior McPherson Moore totaled a game-high 21 points in leading
the Emory men's basketball team to an 83-65 decision over Piedmont
College.
Moore logged 25 minutes of play and knocked down eight-of-14 field
goal attempts, including a career-high tying five treys in nine
tries, in registering his third straight and fourth outing of the
campaign of 20 or more points. Moore totaled 15 points during
the opening half of play, sinking six-of-eight from the floor, in
helping the Eagles to a 49-24 advantage over the Lions.
Moore has posted double-figure scoring in his last seven and in
eight games this year.
