Junior (2007-08):
Lesnick set personal-best marks in each of the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke and 100-yard butterfly during his junior season. His time of 52.17 seconds in the 100-yard backstroke was the second-fastest mark by an Eagle during the season. Lesnick scored 98.50 points during the 2007-08 season, ranking him 21st on the squad in the category.
Sophomore (2006-07):
Lesnick competed in the 50-free, 100-free, 50-back, 100-back, 200-back and 100-fly throughout the year for Emory. The sophomore earned 6.50 points during the campaign for the Eagles.

Also competed in crew and water polo.
