Freshman (2007-08):

White experienced a successful freshman campaign for the Eagles, competing in the freestyle, breaststroke and individual medley events for Emory.  He qualified for three events at the NCAA Division III Championships, finishing 18th in the 200-yard breaststroke, 26th in the 100-yard breaststroke, and 53rd in the 50-yard freestyle.  White's most successful meet of the season came at the Miami (Ohio) Invitational, where he recorded personal-best times in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard breaststroke, and the 200-yard individual medley.  He was the second-best performer on the squad in each of the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke, and recorded two of the top-six times in school history in the 100-yard breaststroke, and the seventh-best time in school history in the 200-yard breaststroke.  White finished the year 11th on the team with 164.50 points scored during meets.

Attended Weston High School where he was a four-year letterwinner on the Swimming and Diving team, serving as the captain during his senior season... Was the MVP of his high school team and a Boston Globe All-Scholastic Team member... Helped his team to the National Dual Meet Championship in 2004-05, four state titles and four league titles... Was coached by Pete Foley and Chuck Batchelor in high school... Also played soccer and tennis.
