Emory University junior Andrew Wilson won three individual events during the Eagles’ season-opening dual meet against the NCAA Division I University of North Carolina – Wilmington at the Woodruff Physical Education Center on Saturday. Wilson swept the breaststroke events, with the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 56.53 seconds and the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:04.87. He added an event victory in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:54.76, and swam the breaststroke leg of the Eagles’ 200-yard medley relay, which finished second in a time of 1:33.41. Wilson contributed 28 points towards Emory’s team total, despite a 152-142 loss to the Seahawks.
