Was a four-year letterwinner for Germantown Academy... An all-American from 2011-12... Individual High Point Award at the 2012 SC Mid-Atlantic Championships... Two-time silver medalist at the LC Super Sectional Meet... Helped his high school team to a first-place finish at the 2012 Easterns, and a second-place finish in 2011... Helped his squad to the League Championship from 2009-12... Led the Germantown Academy Aquatic Club to two Middle-Atlantic Championships, and the USA Swimming Gold Medal Club in 2012... Recorded career-best times of 15:52 in the 1,650 Free, 4:33.37 in the 500 Free, and 1:41.9 in the 200 Free... Was coached by Richard Showberg.
