Senior Pat Pema had one of the best meets of his collegiate career this past weekend, leading the Eagles at the Denison Invitational. Pema went 3-for-3 in individual event titles, winning the 500, 200 and 100 Freestyles and helped Emory capture wins in three relay events. Pema posted the first NCAA A Cut for the Eagles in prelims of the 200 Free, setting the school record at 1:35.92, and would add NCAA B Cuts in both other solo events. Following the weekend, Pema ranks 1st in the country in both 200 and 500 Freestyles and moved to 11th in DIII in the 100 Free.

In the relay events, Pema was part of Emory wins in the 200 Freestyle, 800 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle, leading the Eagles to times that currently rank among the top 2 in the nation including Division III-leading times in both the 800 and 400 Freestyles.
