Nicholas Goudie

Senior Nicholas Goudie collected the lone event win for the Emory men as the Eagles concluded the dual meet portion of their schedule on Saturday at the University of Georgia. Goudie posted a season-best mark of 20.12 to win the 50 Freestyle, moving him to 4th on the DIII leaderboard for the season. Goudie also competed in the 100 Fly as an individual, placing fifth at 49.34, and swam the anchor leg on the Eagles top relay teams in the 200 Medley and 200 Freestyle. In the 200 MR, Goudie swam a 19.56 anchor leg to help the team finish second with a B cut of 1:27.30 and in the 200 FR, he dropped a 19.33 final leg as the Eagles had the third fastest time with a B cut of 1:21.30. The 200 MR time would be the second fast time in DIII so far this season with the 200 FR mark ranking 9th.
