Dillon Pottish

Dillon Pottish

Dillon Pottish became the second straight and third Emory player in school history to win the NCAA D-III Men’s Tennis Singles Championship as he grinded out five victories over three days in Cary, NC.  Pottish registered four straight-set wins that propelled him into the title match where he topped Nick Ballou of Cal Lutheran, 6-2, 1-6, 6-2.  Pottish ended the 2011-12 season with a won-lost mark of 34-3 with his victory total ranking third on Emory’s seasonal ladder.  He joins Michael Goodwin (2009) and Chris Goodwin (2011) as other Eagles who have captured the national D-III singles crown.
