Freshman Ian Wagner went 3-0 in both singles and doubles last week in helping the No. 2-ranked Eagles remain undefeated.   Wagner helped Emory to a 9-0 victory over Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with a 6-3, 6-4  triumph at No. 4 singles along with an 8-4 decision at No. 2 doubles.  On Saturday, Wagner notched a 6-1, 6-1 verdict at No. 4 singles over John Alexander of Rhodes College and teamed with junior Elliot Kahler to post an 8-5 outcome at No. 2 doubles as Emory subdued the Lynx, 5-1.   Wagner moved up to the No. 3 singles post in a match against Sewanee’s Alex Cooper where he hammered out a 6-3, 6-0 win.  Earlier against the Tigers, Wagner and Kahler came away with an 8-3 triumph at No. 2 doubles.  So far this spring, Wagner has compiled an impressive 15-2 slate in both singles and doubles action.
