Sophomore Liam Fost recorded a pair of personal best times at the Carolina Challenge at South Carolina on Friday. Fost clocked a 49.37 in the 400m and added a 7.25 in the 60m Dash. His new PR in the 400m moved him to 2nd on the UAA leaderboard and 19th nationally while his time in the 60m ranks T-13th in the UAA.
