The Emory University track & field team recorded its second team win of the outdoor season as both the men and women registered their second win of the outdoor season in Atlanta on Saturday afternoon.

The women nearly doubled the second place scorer as they registered 167.5 points while Colby (84 points) and Montevallo (83 points) rounded out the scoring. The men tallied 135 points for their second win of the outdoor season while Denison (81 points) and Columbus State (80.5 points) grabbed the silver and bronze medalist positions.

After becoming the first individual indoor national champion in program history, senior Annika Urban picked up where she left off winning the 800m run with a time of 2:10.15. Urban's time establishes a new program record, her fourth since the start of the track season in December, as well as the fastest time in the nation to this point of the season. Junior Libby Ranocha finished just behind Urban with the second fastest time at the meet at 2:13.33 which is the third fastest time in Division III this year.

Elsewhere on the track for the women, junior Clementine Bodus won the 100m hurdle final after posting a time of 14.69 which stands as the third fastest time in Division III this season. The 4x100 relay team of sophomore Audrey Johnson, sophomore Dashiel Tao Harris, Bodus and Ranocha placed second in the event with a time of 48.44 seconds, the fourth best time this season. The Eagles continued to excel in the relay events later in the day as the team of Johnson, sophomore Mina Leopold, sophomore Kaya Binetti and sophomore Jenna Daly logged a time of 4:01.25 for a second place finish which lands them with the fourth best time in the nation.

On the field for the women, senior Hope Jackson showed out as she finished with two top-six performances nationally in two separate events on Saturday. Jackson placed fourth in the shot put with a distance of 12.13m which stands as the sixth farthest in Division III for the outdoor season. She followed that up with a second place finish in the discus throw as she logged a distance of 38.85m, the fourth best mark of the season in the nation.

On the track for the men, the relay team of junior Dawit Dean, freshman Bryce Wurster, sophomore Tristan Moore and sophomore Geoff Point-du-Jour crossed the finish line in a time of 3:18.21 which landed them third at the meet and second in the nation. Dean also performed well in the 400m dash as he finished third with a time of 49.53 which sticks him with the 12th best time this year. Junior Spencer Watry had another stellar showing as he turned in a time of 1:54.59 to finish second in the 800m run and a top-ten time nationally.
