The junior finished in the top five for Emory in five of the seven
meets this season including a first-place team finish at the Auburn

third-highest number of wins (613) and winning percentage (.669) on
the team. His season-average time of 26:48 is more than a minute
faster than last season.
Sophomore (2004):
The sophomore earned all-region honors for the first time,
finishing 18th out of 143 runners at the NCAA regional meet. He
improved his time at regionals by more than two and a half minutes
compared to last season. He ran a season-best time of 27 minutes
and 28 seconds at the NCAA national meet. He finished in the top 10
for the Eagles in all nine meets this season and among the top five
in five meets.
Freshman (2003):
Leventhal ran a season best time of 27 minutes and 15 seconds at
the Southeastern Classic. The freshman ran among the top seven for
the Eagles in four races this season. He was named the Most
Outstanding Newcomer on the team.
