Junior (2007):
Competed in six events and finished among Emory's top five performers in five competitions ... Was second on the squad behind Michael Rothbart in wins and compiled a mark of 711-256 ... Brought home All-South/Southeast Region honors after pacing the team and ranking seventh out of 170 runners with a time of 26:18 ... Topped the Emory pack at the NCAA Championships with a career-best effort of 26:01 ... Posted a time of 26:06 at the UAA Championships, good for second place among Emory performers ... Second on the team and 22nd out of 193 at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 6) with a showing of 28:04.

Sophomore (2006):

Solid second season that saw him rank among Emory's top four runners in all six meets he took part in ... All-region kudos after coming in 12th overall out of 152 runners (26:36) at the NCAA South/Southeast Regionals that allowed him to qualify for the NCAA Championships ... Came in 10th out of 109 contestants at the Great American Cross Country Festival (Sept. 23) with a time of 28:24.

Freshman (2005):
The freshman earned all-region honors, leading Emory by placing 17th out of 132 runners at the NCAA Regional meet with a season-best time of 26:02. He also was the top finisher for the Eagles at the UAA meet, the first time a freshman had lead the team at the conference meet since 1996. He finished in the top five for the Eagles in all seven meets this season. His season average time of 26:50 was fourth-best on the team and the best among new runners. He was honored as the team's Most Valuable Performer and Most Outstanding Newcomer.
