Earned all-region honors after his 23rd-place effort (out of 152) at the NCAA South/Southeast Regionals (27:03) ... Member of the United States Track & Field And Cross Country Coaches Association Academic All-American Team.

Sophomore (2005):
Finished as Emory's top performer at four of the seven meets this season and among the top four in every meet ... Ran a career-best time of 25:43 at the Auburn Invitational ... Had the most wins (699), best winning percentage (.763), and fastest season-average time (26:24) on the team .... His season-average time dropped nearly 1:30 from last season and he improved his winning percentage my more than .150.

Freshman (2004):
Finished in the top seven for the Eagles in every meet, the first freshman runner to do this since 2001 ... His winning percentage of .606 was fifth best on the team and best among new runners ... Ran a season-best time of 27 minutes and 10 seconds at the NCAA pre-national meet ... Named the team's Most Outstanding Newcomer.
