Captured all-region honors after finishing 25th out of 170 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships (27:06) ... Was the third Eagle to cross the line and 30th out of 91 contestants at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22) with an effort of 27:05 ... Ran a season best 8K time of 26:46 at the UAA Championships (Oct. 27).

Junior (2006):
Competed in four meets and ranked among the team's top seven finisher in all of his competitions ... No. 4 Emory runner and 33rd out of 152 at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 2) with a time of 27:41.5 ... Season best time was a 27:24 at the UAA Championships (Oct. 28).

Sophomore (2005):
Finished in the top six for Emory at every meet during the season ...Ran a career-best time of 26:09 at the Vanderbilt Invitational ... Top finish for the team came at the Great American Cross Country Festival where he placed third for the Eagles ... His season-average time of 27:05 was an improvement of over 1:15 from 2004.

Freshman (2004):
Ran a season-best time of 27 minutes and 42 seconds at the Clemson Invitational ... Finished in the top ten for the Eagles in all four meets he ran.
