Eagles' contingent and posted a 19th-place finish out of 193
hopefuls at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 6) ... Ran a season-best 8K time of
26:15 at the UAA Championships (Oct. 27) ... Earned South/Southeast
Regional honors after crossing the line in 23rd position out of 170
competitors in helping Emory to a first-place tie ... Was the
2007-08 recipeient of the school's McDonough Award.
Junior (2006):
Competed in five meets ... Ranked among Emory's top four runners in
four competitions ... Was the No. 1 Emory runner and finished 73rd
out of 318 runners at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational (Oct. 14) with a
career-best time of 26:05 ... No. 1 Eagle to cross the line and
finished sixth in a field of 109 at the Great American Cross
Country Festival (Sept. 23) in a time of 28:07 ... Good effort at
the Crimson Classic (Sept. 15) with a 35th-place effort out of 120
contestants in a time of 27:13.
Sophomore (2005):
Ran a season-best time of 26:43 at the Vanderbilt Invitational,
finishing sixth for the team ... Finished eighth for Emory at the
UAA Championships.
