Junior (2007):
Saw action in six events ... Ran a career-best time of 26:49 at the UAA Championships (Oct. 27) ... Solid effort at the NCAA South/Southeast Region Championships (Nov. 10), finishing 26th out of 170 runners which earned him all-region honors ... Posted a time of 27:15 at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22) ... Came in sixth among Emory runners and 28th out of 193 competitors at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 6) ... Member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Sophomore (2006):
Competed in three meets ... Was the No. 2 Emory runner and 14th overall in a 111-runner field at the Georgia Collegiate Championship (Sept.30) with a season-best 8K time of 27:54 ... Competed at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 2) and Crimson Classic (Sept. 15).

Freshman (2005):
Ran a season-best time of 27:32 at the Vanderbilt Invitational ...Finished in the top ten for Emory in all five races he ran during the season ... Was ninth for the Eagles at the UAA championships.

So you'd think there'd be a lot of tension between us, but I really feel like we're competing together rather than against each other. Every interval of every workout, it seems like different people are leading the pack, pushing the pace, and making everyone work harder. I think the best friends I've made so far this year are on the cross-country team because we really do work for the team and not for the individual."
