Senior (2009):
Rank in seven meets and finished among the team's top five finishers in five outings ... Paced the Eagles' contingent and posted a 13th-place finish out of 62 hopefuls at the UGA Invitational (Sept. 19) with an 8K time of 28:04 ... Captured All-South/Southeast Region after an eighth-place showing at that event's championship with a time of 27:24 ... Came through with a career-best 26:06 at the Foothills Invitational (Oct. 10), good for 10th place out of 74 runners ... Member of the 2009 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Junior (2008):
Emerged as a key contributor, ranking among the team's top five finishers in five of his seven competitions ... Was the No. 2 Emory runner and 14th out of 77 entries with a time of 27:10 at the Vanderbilt Invitational ... Posted a 34th-place effort out of 152 hopefuls and landed all-region honors at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships ... Top 8K time of the campaign came at the UAA Championships (26:39) ... Co-recipient of the team's Most Improved Runner Award with Alex Robin.

Sophomore (2007): First year in the program and he competed in four events ... Ran a season-best time of 27:38 at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22), good for 38th position out of 91 runners ... Was the No. 4 Emory finisher and 18th over all out of 161 contestants at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 2) with a mark of 28:08.
