Junior (2009): Ran in five events ...  Personal-best 8K time of 26:51 placed him 18th out of 74 contestants at the Foothills Invitational (Oct. 10) ...  No. 4 Emory runner and 10th overall out of 68 entries at the Quaker Invitational (Oct. 17) with an effort of 28:17 ... Competed at the UAA Championships (Oct. 31). 

Sophomore (2008):
Saw action in seven races ... Best 8K time was a 27:24 at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships ... Was the team's fifth-place scorer and 34th out of 77 runners at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Sept. 20) with a time of 27:56.

Freshman (2007):
Saw action in three meets ... Best time came at the Tiger Twilight (Oct. 12) when he clocked in at 29:58.1 ... Also competed at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 2) and the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22).

Prior to Emory:
Competed in both cross country track while at Montgomery Bell High School ... Was coached by Robert Pruitt ... Best 5K time was a 17:44 his senior year ... Served as captain of the cross country team his final season ... Top effort in the mile was a 4:44.
