Sophomore Stephen Ellwood
turned in a solid effort at the Sewanee Invitational in helping
Emory to a first-place tie out of nine teams. Ellwood paced
the Emory pack and crossed the finish line in sixth place out of
104 runners with an 8k time of 27:15.5, his second-fastest 8k
time.
Ellwood was one of three Eagles to rank among the top 10 finishers
with the squad tying Rhodes College for the top spot with 53
points.
