Sophomore Stephen Ellwood paced the Emory pack and finished 46^th out of 202 runners at the Royal Cross Country Challenge in Charlotte, NC.  Ellwood recorded an 8k time of 25:47.4, a season best,  and helped the Eagles to an 11^th-place finish out of 23 teams.  It marked the third time in his four races this year that he finished as the Eagles’ No. 1 runner.
