Senior (2010): Competed in the team's first five meets of the campaign ... Registered a career-best 8k time of 27:33 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... No. 2 Emory finisher and placed 35th overall at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Clocked a 27:40 at the Greater Louisville Classic ... Crossed the finish line in 21st place overall out of 104 runners at the Sewanee Invitational (28:21). 

Junior (2009): Competed at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 5), where he finished 41st out of 123 runners, and the UGA Invitational (Sept. 19).

Sophomore (2008): Took part in four competitions ... Placed 36th out of 173 contestants at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 6) with a mark of 27:48 ... Also ran at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Sept. 20), The Front Runner Invitational (Oct. 18) and the UAA Championships (Nov. 1).

Freshman (2007): Competed in three events ... Best time was a 30:11 at the Georgia State Invitational (Sept. 17).

Prior to Emory: Competed in both cross country track while at Saint Ignatius ... Was coached by Dr. Mike Gallagher ... Best 5K time was a 16:50 his senior year ... Top effort in the mile was a 4:39 during his junior year.

Personal: Born Oct. 10, 1988 ... Recipient of Presidential Honors in high school ... Member of the Synergy at Emory, an organization that dedicates itself to promoting a friendlier on-campus environment.
