Named as the squad's Most Valuable Runner Award winner ... Earned an at-large berth to compete in the NCAA D-III Championships where he churned out a career-best time of 25:52 ... An all-region performer after finishing first on the team and ninth out of 174 entries at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with a time of 26:40 ... Second Team All-UAA member after crossing the finish line first among the Eagles and in 12th place overall with an 8K time of 26:18, his second-best outing of the year ... Was among the team's top-five finishers in five of his six competitions and was the squad's top peformer on four occasions ... First on the team and 33rd overall out of 331 runners at the Griak Invitational (26:42) ... Member of the USTFCCC All-Academic Team.

Junior (2010-11):
Tabbed as the team's Most Improved Runner Award winner ... Competed in all seven meets and was among the team's top five finishers in each outing ... Ranked among the squad's top-three performers on four occasions ... Paced the Emory pack and placed 32nd overall out of 89 competitors at the JSU Foothills Invitational (29:20) ... Clocked a personal-best 8k time of 26:29 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... No. 2 Emory finisher and 110th out 328 hopefuls at the Greater Louisville Classic (26:42).

Sophomore (2009-10):
Lone competition of the campaign came at the Foothill Invitationals (Oct. 10) where his 8K time of 27:24 ranked him 26th out of 74 contestants.

Prior to Emory: Earned four letters in track and a pair in cross country at Clarence High School ... His cross country coach was John Hunt ... Served as co-captain of the track team his senior year ... Was a member of two New Division 6A championship teams (2006 & 2007) ...  His team was a two-time qualifer for the state cross country championship ... Also competed on the ski team
