Crossed the finis line in the 45th position out of 133 entries at the Berry College Invitational, posting a time of 28:23 ... Also competed in the Sewanee Invitational (29:34) and the JSU Foothills Invitational (28:43).

Freshman (2010):
Competed in Emory's first five events of the year ... Clocked a season-best 8k time of of 27:51 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... Second-best time was a 28:07 in the Silver Race Division of the Greater Louisville Classic ... 53rd overall out of 113 hopefuls at the Berry College Invittaional (29:35).

High School:
Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams at Pinecrest Academy where he was coached by Meghan Hoover ... During his senior year his best 5K time was a 17:14 ... Was on the state championship cross country team his sophomore campaign ... His high school squad captured region champs on three occasions ... Ran the 3200, 1600 and 800 meters in track ... Also competed on the soccer and basketball teams.
